Administrator/Document Controller
Based in Waltham Abbey
Permanent
£25-30K per annum
Initial Document Control Responsibilities:
1. Administrative support to the Contracts Team (e.g., filing, archiving, scanning, etc).
2. Downloading and distribution of construction documents, including uploading to various project information software (Aconex, Asite, 4Projects/Viewpoint, Dochosting, ACMetrix, Safetybank, and others).
3. Comply with documentation procedures.
4. Log document requests and distribution as needed.
5. Sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents
Qualifications / Experience / Requirements:
6. Construction experience preferred.
7. Confident using a computer and Outlook for emails.
8. Confident in using Microsoft Excel.
9. Excellent organisation skills.
10. Excellent attention to detail.
11. A team player.
12. Experience using online document portals would be helpful but not essential (ie. Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint).

13. Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00
14. Office based in Waltham Abbey, Essex. Remote working unavailable.
15. Initial Teams interview, followed by a second face to face interview.
16. 6-month probation, with 3-month review.
17. Salary negotiable, depending on experience.
18. Full training provided.
