Psicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working collaboratively with various NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments. About the Role
This role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment during evening hours. Responsibilities include performing general cleaning duties, restocking supplies, maintaining hygiene standards in all areas, and ensuring the offices are prepared for the next day. The position requires attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team as needed. A reliable and adaptable approach is essential to support the smooth and secure operation of the office after hours.
Principle duties and responsibilities:
* Ensure all office and communal areas remain clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout the evening.
* Replenish office supplies at designated stations and notify the Facilities Manager of any low stock levels.
* Report any maintenance, equipment, or decoration issues to the maintenance team promptly.
* Support end-of-day office preparation, ensuring meeting rooms and shared spaces are clean, accessible, and ready for the next day's use.
* Lock and secure areas not in use, following the 'End of Day Checklist'.
* Check the premises before leaving, ensuring no staff remain onsite, and notify any remaining colleagues if needed.
* Assist with light administrative tasks when required to support smooth office operations.

The role is based in the centre of Canterbury, Kent (Please note there is no onsite parking). Working Part-time Monday to Friday - 5:00pm until 7:30pm (12.5h per week contract). The salary for the role is £12.60 per hour.
