Support Worker – Warrens Shawe Lane, Edgware

We’re now recruiting Support Workers for Warrens Shawe Lane, our purpose-built supported living service in Edgware. The service features seven spacious apartments across three floors, each with its own lounge, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. There’s also a communal lounge, enclosed garden, and onsite laundry facilities — all designed to create a warm, inclusive environment.
Warrens Shawe Lane supports adults with:
* Acquired brain injuries
* Learning disabilities
* Autism
* Physical disabilities

Shifts & Contracts
* Full-time, part-time, and sessional/bank roles available
* 12-hour shifts (8:00am–8:00pm)
* Weekday and weekend shifts
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support people with everyday tasks and meaningful moments, including:
* Personal care and wellbeing
* Meal planning and preparation
* Household tasks
* Hobbies, activities, and social events
* Building confidence, independence, and life skills
