We are seeking a reliable and proactive Field Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. This role involves engaging with customers on the phone and managing daily operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage the diary and communicate with team members and engineers effectively
* Use CRM and service dispatch systems
* Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service on the phone
* Assist customers with their enquiries and make bookings to suit their needs, ensuring they are aware of the terms
* Complete admin and bookkeeping tasks (training can be provided)
* Assist the directors with other daily tasks
* Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary
*Requirements*
* Excellent customer service (sales background preferred but not essential)
* Proficient with CRM systems and other software
* Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear verbal interaction and active listening
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
* Good organisational skills and time management to prioritise tasks efficiently
* Professional phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills
* Well-written for emails, invoice descriptions and other admin
* Knowledge of plumbing or experience xkybehq working for a plumbing company
