Job Description
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* A minimum of an NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or Equivalent Qualification
* Ability to communicate routine and complex/sensitive information to Service Users, clients, relatives, staff, and other stakeholders
* Ability to provide feedback and engage in decision-making when appropriate

* Developing and running the ESCAPE pain programme and other rehab groups for Circle Integrated Care in Greenwich
* Liaising with physiotherapists, patients, and carers as appropriate
* Understanding a broad range of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions
* Applying exercise principles and understanding exercise prescription and progression theories
* Managing stock levels and equipment ordering
* Maintaining accurate written records of patient work
* Assisting physiotherapists in patient rehabilitation with delegated exercises
* Working independently or alongside physiotherapists
* Prioritizing workload as delegated
* Undertaking CPD, mandatory training, and staying updated with clinical knowledge through research and training
