KCR Solutions are delighted to be working for this thriving business in the centre of Newcastle to recruit a temporary Finance Assistant.Your duties will be as follows:
* Responsible for the accounts payable processes and invoice processing
* Processing purchase invoices and matching to authorised purchase orders
* Checking invoices and credit notes
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Adding payments to the payment
* Checking due dates and following up on overdue payments
* Preparation of weekly BACS payment run for approval by manager
* Providing adhoc advice and support to colleagues regarding purchase orders
* Communication with key stakeholders within and outside of company structures
* Checking for any discrepancies and resolving any issues
You will have worked in a similar role, have strong Excel and enjoy working in a team.
