Key Responsibilities:
* Process mortgage applications from initial submission to completion
* Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth transactions
* Perform credit checks, verify documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Update and maintain internal systems with accurate and timely information
* Prepare mortgage offer documents and track key milestones
* Provide administrative support to mortgage advisors and managers
Requirements:
* Previous experience in admin (6 months ) (training available)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
* Input clien's details onto the CRM system.
