We’re currently recruiting for perception engineers. Offices are based in Wallingford, Oxford, but we are open to flexible set‑ups.
We’re ideally looking for someone who has worked with robotics and works around LiDAR—developing systems for gathering and analyzing environmental data from LiDARs, cameras and other sensors.
Experience with the Point Cloud Library (PCL) is required.
Responsibilities and Skills
* Collaborate with the wider perception team to design and optimize data pipelines for processing large-scale sensor datasets in real time.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including ROS/robotics engineers, to ensure seamless integration of perception capabilities into our warehouse integrity platform.
* Document experience in developing and implementing perception systems for data capture and analysis.
* Familiarity with frameworks such as ROS/ROS2 and associated systems and tools.
* Experience with perception–related libraries and tools, including OpenCV, PCL (Point Cloud Library), and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
* Be flexible in approach and willing to learn and use suitable technologies and frameworks as appropriate for specific tasks.
