Key Responsibilities: Provide first-class reception and clerical support. Act as a consistent point of contact for patients and staff. Support triage and care navigation, ensuring patients are directed to the most appropriate services. Use IT systems daily (Emis Web, Docman, Accurx, Abtrace, Microsoft & X-on).
Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative teams. What were looking for: Strong communication and customer service skills. Good IT skills and willingness to learn clinical systems. Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
