Job Title: Team Manager – Disabilities Service (Adults) Location : Dudley Rate : £40 per hour An exciting job role has recently become available for an Adult Team Manager to join a Disability Team based in Dudley. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will provide line management support to the team, focusing on wellbeing, quality of work, and performance management. You will take responsibility for key decision-making, including agreeing on outcomes for escalations and complaints. You will undertake strategic planning to ensure the delivery of an effective service, continuously improving in response to the changing environment. You will manage complex multi-agency work, including negotiation with partner agencies based on robust knowledge and application of legal frameworks. Additionally, you will oversee safeguarding enquiries that involve the highest level of risk.
