What the Job Involves Your role involves participating in the day-to-day delivery of services, assisting with planned activities, and supporting individuals to promote greater choice, independence, and inclusion. You will contribute to individual assessment, planning, and review processes, ensure the safe management of risk, administer medication as required, and maintain effective communication with all parties involved. You will be working within various community-based settings, including day services, supported accommodation, and short breaks, adhering to company policies and procedures. You are expected to work flexibly and may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
