We are looking for a confident, outgoing, and proactive Customer Service Office Manager on a 3-6 month temporary basis in Redhill. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing customer service function within a respected residential developer. About the Role As Customer Service Office Manager, you’ll lead and motivate a team of Coordinators and Technicians to deliver outstanding service to our customers and partners. You will be hands-on, organised, and ready to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of service delivery. Key Responsibilities * Lead, support, and inspire the Customer Service team to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience. * Oversee day-to-day operations, allocating workloads effectively and monitoring performance against targets. * Regularly review open cases and ensure timely resolution of all issues within agreed SLAs. * Manage and track subcontractor performance, addressing poor delivery and maintaining strong working relationships. * Collaborate closely with Build, Sales, and Commercial teams to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction scores. About You You’ll be: * Confident, approachable, and naturally good at motivating others. * Skilled at managing people, priorities, and pressure with calm efficiency. * Experienced in customer service management within the residential development sector. * Comfortable using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems. * Passionate about delivering results and continuously improving the customer experience
