Job Title: Floor Manager
Location: Bank de Leon
Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager
Bank de Leon is seeking a proactive and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth team coordination. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, capable of maintaining high standards while creating a positive and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support front-of-house staff during daily operations
* Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
* Manage staff scheduling, breaks, and shift coordination
* Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
* Monitor floor activity to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and organisation
* Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
* Assist in onboarding new staff and conducting ongoing training
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures
* Work closely with management to improve service quality and team performance
* Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management where required
Requirements
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (preferably in hospitality or retail)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
* Good organisational and time management skills
Desirable Skills
* Experience in staff training and development
* Knowledge of POS systems and operational procedures
* Strong customer service background
