Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Strategy, Product and Marketing team, focusing on Active Fixed Income. This is a key role responsible for driving product strategy, development and lifecycle management across a diverse range of investment products, including UCITS, non-UCITS funds, ETFs and segregated mandates.
Working closely with Investment, Distribution and wider business teams, you'll play a central role in delivering innovative, client‑focused solutions that support business growth while meeting regulatory standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the design and delivery of new active fixed income and liquidity products across multiple product structures
- Managing end‑to‑end product lifecycle activities including launches, enhancements, mergers and closures
- Driving project management activity for product initiatives, defining milestones, risks and delivery plans
- Ensuring adherence to product governance, regulatory standards and internal policy frameworks
- Undertaking ongoing product reviews, assessing commercial viability and identifying optimisation opportunities
- Providing technical product expertise across proposition design, regulation, distribution and operational considerations
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver product initiatives effectively
- Analysing market trends, client needs and competitor activity to inform product strategy and innovation
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in product strategy, development and lifecycle management within asset management
- Strong knowledge of active fixed income and liquidity strategies across different product structures
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and product governance requirements across key jurisdictions
- Experience launching and managing funds such as UCITS, ETFs, or segregated mandates
- Ability to manage complex projects and work with multiple stakeholders across a business
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
- High attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery quality
- Degree level qualification (or equivalent), with relevant professional qualifications (e.g. IMC, CFA, CAIA) desirable
