Day-to-day, you'll:
* Work alongside individuals with learning disabilities to achieve personal goals.

* Provide respectful, person-centred support.
* Empower people to live independently and be active in their communities.
* Depending on individual needs, you may be required to provide personal care, support with medication, maintain household tasks, and manage a tenancy.
