Role Overview Trespass have identified the need to appoint a Receptionist to work within our Head Office in Glasgow.This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Trespass in Glasgow. As Receptionist, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and clerical skills. Your role will involve communication with our stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service.Could you be who we are looking for?you enjoy working in a busy office environment?you a strong communicator with excellent organisation and people management skills?you have the ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently?you have excellent attention to detail?you demonstrate discretion and tact?What does a typical day sound like?Responsibilities include:Managing a busy switchboard and directing incoming calls to the business/departments.Liaising with external stakeholders when ordering stationery and office supplies – ensuring records are updated accordingly.Responsibility for ordering warehouse supplies.Maintaining a close awareness of confidentiality policies and sensitivities when handling business.Procuring new suppliers and building relationships.Signing off invoices and making sure all charges are correct. Obtaining quotes for new and upcoming projects.Organising first aid training and managing recertifications.Monitoring the defibrillator, ensuring checks are carried out and making sure all first aid supplies are correct and in date.Organising warehouse training and refresher courses.Updating and issuing monthly branch contact list of Trespass stores.Ensuring all alarm contacts are correct and updating relevant companies as required.
