The Candidate We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader who can demonstrate the following: * Proven experience as a Home Manager within an elderly Residential/Dementia setting. * A strong track record of achieving Good–Outstanding CQC outcomes, with a clear understanding of the regulatory framework. * Excellent leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and support a long-serving staff team. * Experience of managing care standards, staffing, compliance, budgets, and occupancy. * A confident, approachable, and consistent presence, with strong communication skills to build trust with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. * A genuine passion for dementia care, bringing both knowledge and empathy to the role.
