What Youll Bring
At least 2 years experience running weddings and events end-to-end in a similar high-quality setting.
A natural communicator who can lead, motivate, and inspire teams with diverse talents and personalities.
Confident financial acumen, including managing P&L, GP, revenue, and quality controlsand understanding how these shape business success.
A hands-on, organised and personable approach with an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences .
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle this is essential due to occasional travel and off-site requirements as some events may be hosted off-site at other locations in the city.
