Responsibilities
* Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline across digital media and partnership solutions.
* Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic account development.
* Develop creative partnership ideas and tailored pitches for prospective clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to shape commercially valuable campaigns and content opportunities.
* Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM management.
* Represent the business at industry events, launches, and networking opportunities.
Your Profile
* 2–4 years’ experience in media sales, partnerships, sponsorship, or digital advertising.
* Strong commercial mindset with a track record of building client relationships and generating revenue.
* Passion for sport, digital media, audience engagement, or entertainment content.
* Confident presenter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Organised, resilient, and motivated by growth opportunities.
