Creative (Experiential)
About the Role
We’re a creative agency specialising in culturally relevant work for youth audiences. We create experiential campaigns, activations and live brand experiences that connect with Gen Z in authentic and memorable ways.
We’re looking for a Midweight Creative with strong experiential and integrated thinking to help develop ideas from concept through to execution across brand activations, events, pop-ups and immersive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop creative concepts across experiential and integrated briefs
* Design consumer journeys and activation mechanics
* Write and structure compelling pitch decks
* Create moodboards and visual references
* Collaborate with designers and producers to bring ideas to life
* Support pitches and present ideas internally and externally
* Ensure concepts are both creatively strong and deliverable
About You
* 4+ years’ experience in experiential, events, activation or integrated agencies
* Strong conceptual and portfolio-led experience
* Confident deck writer and storyteller
* Experience building consumer journeys and live experiences
* Strong understanding of social, content and live experience integration
* Creative, collaborative and detail-focused
* Comfortable managing multiple projects
