Job Description
The Corporate Sales Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor to businesses, helping them design and implement cost-effective fleet strategies and electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes. This role goes beyond sales – it’s about partnering with customers to deliver sustainable mobility solutions that benefit both employers and their employees.
An ambitious individual would actively engage with the business community to generate their own client base and to assist businesses in choosing the best electric vehicles and finance products for their business.
The ideal candidate would have a proven track record in a vehicle manufacturer, leasing company, dealership or finance company with the following attributes:

Responsibilities
Fleet & Salary Sacrifice Consultancy
Work closely with businesses to assess their fleet needs and provide tailored EV transition strategies. Advise HR and finance teams on how EV salary sacrifice schemes can be structured to maximise employee engagement and cost savings. Deliver presentations, workshops, or webinars to business clients on the benefits of EV adoption and salary sacrifice programmes. Develop long-term account management plans to grow customer relationships beyond initial sales.
Customer Relationship Management
Being the face of the business, this role is critical to building a positive first impression for customers. The Corporate Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing customers through their leasing ‘journey’ and ensuring they are supported through the sales process and treated fairly. Supporting the effective management of relationships with key suppliers and partners, such as vehicle manufacturers and leasing companies.
Day-to-day management of sales leads and enquiries
The Corporate Sales & Account Manager will be responsible for achieving defined sales targets through the acquisition and management of key corporate clients. This role involves proactively identifying business opportunities within the top-tier corporate sector, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and delivering tailored vehicle leasing solutions that meet client needs. The successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, including preparing accurate and competitive vehicle lease quotations, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. A results-driven approach, combined with a strong understanding of fleet leasing, pricing structures, and commercial negotiation, will be essential to achieving growth objectives and maintaining profitability.

Communication and support of the wider business
Ensure appropriate information is communicated clearly to customers as well as regularly communicating in terms of own performance to management. As a small nimble business, willingness to help and assist the wider business activities will be a regular occurrence, such as attending networking events, and conferences, or helping with events and marketing.
Reporting
Able to provide clear reporting on own sales performance in order to ensure sales targets are being achieved.
Compliance
Ensure awareness of and remain up to date in terms of compliance. Completing all e-learning and/or any other applicable training as requested. Have a clear understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Guidelines. Take accountability. Identify and raise/log complaints as required. Identify potential business risks and be proactive in seeking a resolution.
