As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a dedicated Storeman to join our team in Perth.
The Role
As Storeman, you'll be an essential part of the operation, making sure that our warehouse runs smoothly and that customer orders are prepared with care. From managing stock and handling deliveries to ensuring every order meets our high standards, you'll play a key role in delivering the quality and service that Ochil Foods is known for.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and check deliveries from Scotland's finest producers
* Store goods correctly across chilled, frozen, and ambient areas
* Assist with pick, pack, and prepare of orders for Scotland's top hotels and restaurants
* Support drivers with efficient loading/unloading of vehicles
* Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and well organised
* Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a warehouse or food-handling environment
* Strong attention to detail and pride in getting things right
* A reliable, hardworking team player with a proactive attitude
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with early starts/occasional weekend work in peak seasons
