School Receptionist / Admin Support

Are you an organised individual with exceptional customer service skills?

School Receptionist:
* Various temporary-permanent opportunities available
* Manchester, Oldham and Rochdale Locations
* Paid £95-£125 per day
* Starting ASAP
* Referral fee available for recommending a friend

The role
* Control access to the school premises by managing visitor sign-ins and issuing visitor badges.
* Be the first point of contact for staff, students and visitors
* Maintain records of visitors for safety and accountability
* Provide support to staff, teachers, and administrators with various administrative tasks.
* Maintain school information, records, and databases
* Provide information on school policies, rules, and daily operations to visitors.
* Respond to general day-to-day inquiries from staff, students, and parents
* Various other duties, as requested by the senior leadership team
