This position is for night shifts only, with a pattern of three nights on in the first week and two nights on in the second week.

About You
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities like washing, hygiene, dressing, and meals.
You will provide care with genuine compassion, ensuring residents retain their dignity and individuality. This may involve helping those with limited mobility, offering emotional support to distressed residents, or caring for individuals at the end of their lives, always prioritizing their well-being.
Safeguarding is a collective responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate steps to take. All colleagues will attend safeguarding training relevant to their roles and can seek advice or escalate concerns as needed.
