Rentokil Initial has been engaged with Workday since 2012, deploying the product across 18 markets. Workday has become a significant focus for the business, with a deployment roadmap over three years and numerous opportunities to enhance business capability and value. This role reports to the Workday Support Manager and collaborates closely with Global Workday Solution Managers, as well as country HR and Operations teams.
The Workday Analysts are responsible for providing responsive support for the adoption, development, and ongoing deployment of Workday. This includes technical and functional administration, day-to-day support, and project involvement across modules such as global HCM, Absence, Performance, Compensation, Payroll, and Time. Responsibilities also encompass system maintenance, integrations, mass data uploads, security, and reporting.
The role blends BAU HRIS work with strategic projects aimed at improving Workday usage and capabilities. Key tasks include troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, developing complex reports, and ensuring data security and privacy standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workday System Maintenance and Support:
2. Monitor and manage support queues, prioritise incidents, and resolve issues.
3. Troubleshoot, escalate complex problems, and ensure system effectiveness.
4. Support semi-annual releases, including testing and deployment.
5. Manage data loading strategies and ensure data quality.
1. Workday Optimisation and Improvement:
2. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
3. Develop and enhance reporting capabilities and dashboards.
1. User Training and Support:
2. Provide global customer service and training to users.
3. Develop training materials and stay updated on system updates.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of HRIS support experience with Workday (preferred).
* Experience managing service requests via ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
* Experience developing dashboards and reports, managing mass transactions, and integrations.
Knowledge & Skills:

* Problem-solving, innovation, and process improvement skills.
* Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
