ISS Compliance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a Compliance Operations Coordinator to join our boutique technical solutions team. Acting as the central link between client operations, ISS KAN, and subcontractors, you will coordinate safe, efficient, and quality-led reactive and planned engineering solutions.
Job Description
In this role, you will leverage your technical operations knowledge to streamline processes, manage resources, and report activities to ensure smooth service delivery. You will work across multiple platforms, collaborate with preferred supply partners, and coordinate closely with colleagues in NRM, KAN, and Operations Performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and technical coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure client sites are safe, compliant, and well-documented in accordance with standards and regulations.
2. Serve as the main point of contact, coordinating requests between clients, ISS teams, and stakeholders.
3. Log, allocate, and track reactive work orders via Maximo, prioritizing to meet KPIs and business needs.
4. Maintain and update PPM trackers, ensuring timely completion of planned works and statutory compliance.
5. Manage subcontractors, including handling quotations, purchase orders, permits, and performance monitoring.
6. Track and report on costs, WIP, and compliance data, preparing reports for stakeholders.
7. Support mobilization, asset management, audits, and tender opportunities to deliver operational solutions.
8. Maintain strong knowledge of FM maintenance processes and ISS ways of working.
9. Demonstrate high levels of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
10. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Proficient in Maximo or similar CAFM systems.
12. Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ISS platforms (FMS, Insight, Coupa, RotaCloud).
13. Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
14. Be adaptable, service-focused, and passionate about workplace experience.
