Regional Marketing and Propositions Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing lead to join the Brakes marketing team, overseeing the marketing strategy for Scotland as well as other key central initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:
* Manage a team of 1
* Oversee the regional marketing plan, using localisation strategies and tools, multi-channel marketing, and external relations to build customer engagement.
* Act as the marketing lead on fresh produce and meat, working with stakeholders across the business to maximise sales opportunities on and offline.
* Support the roll-out of new service offers, providing sales enablement support, merchandise and managing day-to-day queries from sales teams.
* Steer and support the Marketing Executive in the delivery of email, organic and paid social, PPC/SEO activity that meets agreed objectives.
* Map customer, category and commercial insight to create a marketing plan that delivers profitable customer value.
* Use NPS/sales/ customer insight to refine plans and influence customer experience.
* Oversee regional and central initiatives budget, allocating spend to deliver on agreed KPIs
* One to one coaching and development of direct report, creating an engaged team
What we are looking for:
* A marketing all-rounder (digital, print, PR) with good understanding of email, web, social.
* Experience working with field sales teams or equivalent to help build and execute marketing plans.
* Project experience with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Experienced in setting and managing budget and producing performance reports.
* Ability to thrive in a complicated and layered business environment.
