Job Summary

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week. We are seeking experienced Enterprise Architects to play a key leadership role within our organisation. As an Enterprise Architect, you will work across various levels to translate business strategy into actionable change and technical delivery. Senior Enterprise Architects will also support lead architects in shaping, aligning, and driving the organisation's strategic direction, ensuring it is effectively developed, agreed upon and implemented.

Person Specification
* A proven track record of operating in highly secure environments, delivering positive business outcomes through effective technical collaboration.
* A strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including the ability to document current state architectures, design future state architectures, and provide technical support to project solution architects to ensure consistency with the overarching strategy.
* Familiarity with architectural frameworks and methodologies.
* Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and cloud migration strategies.
* Knowledge of implementing and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) within interconnected system landscapes.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
* Describe your knowledge of working across other departments or internationally in a highly secure environment to deliver business benefit through technical engagement.
* Detail your knowledge of enterprise architecture, such as capturing As‑Is architectures, developing to‑be architectures, and providing technical guidance to solution architects within projects to drive coherence and alignment to strategy.
* Expand on your knowledge of protocols and standards for modelling and tooling.
* Outline your knowledge of cloud computing and cloud adoption.
Security Clearance
To be appointed, successful candidates must meet the security requirements. Our thorough vetting process can take several months to complete. This vacancy is open exclusively to UK nationals, and the required security level is Developed Vetting. Additionally, candidates must pass STRAP clearance before starting the role.
This role is restricted to candidates who hold sole UK national status.

Salary & Benefits
