Overview
Reporting to our Head of Customer Service, you’ll manage and deliver the administration process relevant to post contract / handover services to purchasers for the completion of defects. Other responsibilities will include assisting in the organisation of the Customer Service Operatives' daily diaries, logging and assisting with all correspondence that comes into the Customer Service Department, answering incoming calls into the Customer Service Department and general office administration duties.
Responsibilities

* Assist in the organisation of the Customer Service Operatives' daily diaries.
* Log and assist with all correspondence that comes into the Customer Service Department.
* Answer incoming calls into the Customer Service Department.
* Carry out general office administration duties.
Qualifications and attributes
Essential: previous experience in the housing sector with a solid understanding of defect management and related responsibilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised with a keen eye for detail. Motivated with good problem-solving skills. Fully competent in MS Office.
