What You'll Need * Good knowledge ofWindows 10/11 troubleshooting * Experience or exposure toMicrosoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) * Understanding ofActive Directory, basic networking, and remote support tools * Confident communicator (written & verbal) * A genuine enthusiasm for tech and problem-solving Nice to Have (Not Essential) 1.
