What you will do:
You will report into the Head of Analytics Delivery - EMEA & APAC
* Define clear goals and objectives for each direct employee
* Ensure that each team member has regular performance reviews, career conversations, and a structured career development plan
* Monitor performance and improvements of team in key metrics and take corrective actions when necessary
* Lead the recruitment process for the assigned team in partnership with Talent Acquisition
* Ensure that team follows internal policies and best practices
* Be a main point of contact and escalation for the external stakeholders of the team
* Ensure that the vision of the team is aligned with the vision of the senior management for the business unit they are part of and for Experian as a whole
* Manage risks and issues with either effective mitigations or recovery plans in place
* Be accountable for all projects that are executed in the team

Experience and Skills
What you will bring:
* 2+ years of experience in People management
* Fluent English
* University degree with a high numerical content (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)
* Advanced knowledge in project management principles
* Strategic and analytical thinking
* Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
* Conflict resolution and risk management skills
