Receptionist Administrator – Hightown Housing Association

Base pay range
Part‑time (17.5 hours per week). £13,833 per annum (£15.20 per hour).
What You Will Be Doing
* First point of contact for visitors, tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
* Handle telephone and reception enquiries with professionalism and care.
* Support Housing Officers with administrative tasks such as car parking permits, newsletters, and housing applications.
* Maintain accurate records and assist with reports and statistics.
* Process incoming/outgoing post, scan documents, and manage key sign‑ins.
* Help ensure our services are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with our values.
What We Are Looking For
* Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
* Organised, accurate with figures, and able to prioritise tasks.
* A great communicator, both in writing and face‑to‑face.
* Experienced in administration (housing experience is a bonus).
