The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As a MFL Teacher, you'll:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Spanish and/or French lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, including GCSE and A-Level.

* Plan and deliver creative schemes of work that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing timely and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as language clubs, international trips, or cultural exchange events.

The Ideal Candidate: Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a MFL Teacher who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Spanish, French, or a related field. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
* Has demonstrated success in teaching Spanish and/or French across Key Stages 3-5, with a strong understanding of curriculum requirements.
* Possesses outstanding subject knowledge and a genuine passion for languages and cultures.
* Is an exceptional classroom practitioner with effective behaviour management strategies and excellent communication skills.
