1. Defining and maintaining solution design standards, patterns and methodology
2. Leading assurance for complex and business-critical technology initiatives
3. Partnering with product, platform and engineering leads to embed design early
4. Engaging with stakeholders to ensure designs deliver business value
5. Building and leading a community of practice for solution design
6. Coaching and mentoring architects in modern design techniques and tools
7. Monitoring and improving design processes and introducing innovation
8. Ensuring digital products support fair customer outcomes under Consumer Duty
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. Demonstrating deep expertise in solution design across hybrid environments
10. Holding relevant qualifications such as TOGAF or BCS Solution Development
11. Communicating complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
12. Leading solution design in large-scale, regulated financial services settings
13. Showing strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
14. Applying agile methodologies and product operating models effectively
15. Managing and developing diverse teams in line with inclusive practices
16. Bringing commercial awareness and sound judgement to strategic decisions
