The Money: Clear & Transparent
We believe in paying for skill. Our pay structure is designed to reward the best in the business:
* Hourly Rate: £19.00 – £23.00 per hour (Experience dependent).
* Annual Basic (45hrs): £44,460 – £53,820 per year.
* Total Earning Potential: With steady overtime at £28.50 – £34.50/hr, our technicians realistically earn well over £60,000 per year.

The Role
* Major/minor repairs and servicing on a diverse fleet of LCVs and HGVs.
* Advanced diagnostics and complex electrical fault finding.
* Preventative maintenance and MOT prep to ensure 100% compliance.
* Maintaining a "Right First Time" approach to every job.
What We're Looking For
* Expertise: Deep knowledge of LCVs (Transits, Sprinters) or HGVs.
* Ambition: A desire to earn top-tier money and engage in continuous training.
* Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds (or equivalent experience).
* Reliability: A professional attitude and pride in your workmanship.
