Job Title: Graduate Classroom Support Assistant

We’re working with a range of welcoming primary, secondary and specialist schools who are looking for graduates to support pupils across the school day. You don’t need a background in education, just the right attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting pupils in lessons, either 1:1 or in small groups
2. Helping children stay focused, confident and engaged with learning
3. Working alongside teachers and support staff in the classroom
4. Supporting behaviour, routines and social development
5. Gaining valuable experience for future careers in teaching, psychology, SEN or youth work
This role is ideal if you:
6. Hold a degree in any subject
7. Are considering teaching, educational psychology, SEN, mental health or pastoral work
8. Are patient, positive and good at building relationships
9. Want practical experience, not another office job
10. Enjoy working with people and being part of a team
