About the role
Halfords Garage Services is looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our new Fusion Centre. The role involves carrying out MOT tests to DVSA standards and performing a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work, from advanced diagnostics & repairs to routine services. You will ensure every job is completed to the highest standard.
We provide hybrid training and IMI‑approved continuous development to support your career progression.
Compensation and Working Hours
£32,970 - £36,770 per annum, with an average uncapped bonus of £6,200 per annum (potential to earn more). The centre operates 5 days a week (closed on Sundays). Additional income can be earned through our refer a friend scheme – terms & conditions apply.

Skills and Experience
* Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience)
* Valid MOT Testing Licence
* Full drivers licence with less than 9 points
