* Research client segments and prepare outreach materials
* Assist in developing communication scripts and strategies
* Participate in training sessions and skill-building exercises
* Track communication outcomes and relationship development progress
* Conduct outbound communication via phone and email with potential clients
* Research and maintain databases of prospects, clients, and industry contacts
* Create and schedule Instagram posts and other social media content
* Support cross-branding initiatives and partnership materials
* Assist with content repurposing across different platforms and channels

* Prefer practical experience over theoretical coursework
* Would enjoy making videos and social content related to our products and services
* Are comfortable working with databases and spreadsheets for research and organization
* Background in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, or Business
* Comfort with phone-based communication or customer interaction
* Interest in developing professional relationship-building skills
