Harvesting Supervisor required to work from Holme-on-Spalding-Moor YO43
Type of Work: Supervising mushroom harvesting operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance. Covering for the Harvesting Manager when required.
Shift Patterns: Rota basis 5 days per week including weekends and bank holidays. Circa 48 hours per week.
Pay Rates
£14.00 per hour PAYE, £15.57 inc Holiday Pay
Additional £1.00 per hour performance bonus
Overtime paid at standard rate for hours over 48 per week
Weekend and bank holiday work paid at standard rate
Requirements
All applicants must have previous supervisory experience in a fresh produce or mushroom harvesting environment.
Example: All applicants must have experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in fresh produce, with strong organisational and communication skills.
