3rd Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Leyland, PR25 (must live within 30 minutes of our office)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team. This is a varied role covering advanced IT support, network infrastructure, and hands-on installation work. You'll be the go-to technical expert for complex issues, as well as supporting our field installations of CCTV and networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 3rd line technical support for servers (physical and virtual), networks, and desktops.
* Manage and support Office 365 environments, including user administration and troubleshooting.
* Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (Mainly Hikvision).
* Undertake network installations, configuration, and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
* Support physical and virtual server infrastructure (Windows Server, Hyper-V/VMware).
* Ensure accurate documentation of work carried out and contribute to knowledge sharing.
* Work directly with clients on-site as required.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in a 3rd line IT support role or similar.
* Strong knowledge of servers, networking, and Office 365 administration.
* Experience with desktop support and hardware troubleshooting.
* Hands-on experience installing and supporting CCTV systems (wired & wireless).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Must live within 30 minutes of our office.
* Ability to pass a DBS check.
Desirable Skills (not essential but beneficial):
* Knowledge of firewalls, switches, and VPN configuration.
* Familiarity with Hikvision CCTV systems (Training can be given)
* Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, etc.).
