Position
* Location: Taunton Ford
* Employment type: Full‑time, Permanent
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm (1‑hour lunch)
* Saturday rota: 1 in 3, 8:00 am–1:00 pm
Join a Leading Ford Main Dealer – Be the Voice of Our Aftersales Team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive industry experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for all after‑sales and service enquiries.
* Deliver a first‑class customer experience in line with Ford standards.
* Book vehicles in for service, maintenance and repair work.
* Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorisation.
* Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
* Raise invoices, collect payments and process paperwork accurately.
* Provide clear and professional updates to customers throughout the repair journey.
* Help the dealership achieve customer satisfaction targets and departmental KPIs.
* Uphold Ford’s commitment to quality, transparency and trust.
About You
* An experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Customer Service Advisor (automotive background preferred).
* Confident, professional and well‑organised with excellent communication skills.
* A natural problem‑solver with a positive, can‑do attitude.
* Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy dealership environment.
* Driven by success, with a passion for delivering results and exceeding expectations.
