Role Overview
Lead and manage operational delivery at Haigh Woodland Park to create a world‑class visitor experience. This role involves implementing policies, managing facilities, health and safety, and driving commercial development across retail, golf, and events.
Responsibilities
* Implement policies, manage facilities and health and safety.
* Drive commercial development across retail, golf and events.
* Oversee budgets, monitor performance and support marketing initiatives.
* Engage and develop staff and volunteers, ensuring high standards and cohesive teamwork.
* Provide flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
* Proactive, customer‑focused leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Substantial experience in leisure, hospitality or retail environments with proven commercial acumen.
* Demonstrated management ability and ability to deliver sustainable growth and positive outcomes.
* IOSH certification and first aid competence are a bonus.
* Adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to anticipate and resolve issues.
