As Bar Supervisor, you’ll assist in the day‑to‑day running of our wedding and event bar operations, helping to create a friendly, professional and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. You’ll lead shifts, supervising bar staff to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service, and will take responsibility for opening and closing the bar and venue during events. You’ll oversee bar preparation and service, including cellar management duties, restocking, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring the bar area is always clean, well presented and compliant with alcohol licensing and food hygiene requirements. You’ll also provide clear direction and support to the team, helping with induction, training and maintaining a positive working environment.
