About the Role We’re looking for individuals with a passion for working with young people to join our team as Secure Care Workers in our Secure Children’s Home. No formal experience is required, just a drive to support and inspire young people who may be facing difficult challenges. We’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed. Responsibilities Offering care and emotional support to young people in a secure environment Helping them build self-confidence and develop life skills Supporting their education, health, and independence Being a positive role model, making a lasting impact on their lives No two days are the same in this role, and you’ll need to be ready for a challenge. Our young people are unique individuals, and we’re looking for someone who will treat them as such. Qualifications A genuine passion for working with young people An optimistic, caring, and compassionate attitude A commitment to making a positive impact, no matter how small Required Skills If you’re enthusiastic about working with children and teens and ready to take on a rewarding role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you – experience isn’t necessary, just the right mindset!
