About the Role We’re looking for individuals with a passion for working with young people to join our team as Secure Care Workers in our Secure Children’s Home. No formal experience is required, just a drive to support and inspire young people who may be facing difficult challenges. We’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed. Responsibilities Offering care and emotional support to young people in a secure environment Helping them build self-confidence and develop life skills Supporting their education, health, and independence Being a positive role model, making a lasting impact on their lives No two days are the same in this role, and you’ll need to be ready for a challenge.
