About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in both one-to-one and small group settings. You will help them engage with the curriculum, develop their confidence, and build essential social and emotional skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN in line with individual education plans. Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities. Encourage positive learning behaviours and promote independence. Support pupils in both academic and personal development. Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure inclusive learning. Contribute to a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment. Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) : CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare, Teaching Assistance, or equivalent qualification (desirable but not mandatory). Previous experience working with children with SEN. A caring and resilient attitude with the ability to build positive relationships. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
