1. Role: BDE (Inside Sales & lead Generator)
2. Job Type: Permanent
3. Location: Deeside, office based
4. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
5. Salary: £30k-£35k, depending on level of experience
Based at SGS Deeside, a leading provider of pharmaceutical testing and analytical services, you will generate new profitable revenue by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new customers. You’ll use global databases, public sources, and online research to uncover new projects and opportunities within the pharma and life sciences sector.
What You’ll Do
6. Find and qualify new pharma sales opportunities.
7. Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs.
8. Promote SGS Deeside’s services clearly and confidently.
9. Create simple, professional emails, proposals, and presentations.
10. Keep the sales pipeline updated in the CRM.
11. Meet sales targets and help grow revenue.
12. Work with colleagues to support customers.
13. Keep learning about the pharma industry and SGS services.
Qualifications
Essential
14. Experience in technical B2B sales (pharma a bonus).
15. Strong data analysis and research skills.
16. Confident using CRM systems.
17. Able to present to customers and close sales.
18. Good communication and relationship-building skills.
19. Full clean UK driving licence.
Desirable
20. Degree in a technical/scientific field.
21. Project management or customer service qualifications.
