Set within tranquil wooded gardens and overlooking Borrowdale Valley, this is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie working with fresh Lakeland produce. The Chef de Partie will run their own section and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality British cuisine. This role suits a motivated Chef de Partie who enjoys fresh food and working in a close-knit team environment.
