Essential criteria
1. Good communication skills
2. Experience of customer service or dealing with general public

3. Recent experience of working in a comparable role
4. Experience of working in a community setting
Information Technology
Essential criteria
5. Demonstrate experience of using windows based packages, including Outlook, Word and Excel

6. Experience of using the SystmOne database
