We are seeking an experienced and strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to lead and execute end-to-end GTM strategies within our hardware organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, data-savvy professional with a strong background in program management and a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead GTM planning and execution for hardware product launches and lifecycle management
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align on objectives and deliverables
3. Conduct data analysis and modeling to inform strategic decisions, track performance, and identify growth opportunities
4. Drive process improvements and build scalable frameworks for GTM operations
5. Develop clear documentation, presentations, and dashboards to communicate plans and performance across stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
2. 7+ years of experience in Go-to-Market strategy, program management, or related roles—preferably within a hardware-focused organization
3. Proven ability to manage complex projects and timelines across multiple teams
4. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and data modeling
5. Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
