Working as part of our in house design team, you will work closely with our Marketing & New Product Development Teams to produce innovative product packaging designs and marketing collateral across our various brands. Converting our ideas into engaging and commercially viable branding and packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Concept development:
* Concept development is at the heart of everything we do; you will work closely with our Marketing and NPD departments, to conceptualise products as briefed by our NPD Team.
* This will include a mix of NPD, EPD and Private label across multiple brands.
Art working:
* Converting product concepts into print ready artwork.
* Placing and proofing both EPD and NPD artwork, ensuring that all artwork meets the appropriate brand guidelines.
* Approval of pre and post production samples.
Marketing material:
* Quarterly Look Book - a showcase of both our NPD and existing product ranges.
* Sales decks - used by our sales team to present our latest concepts and launches to key customers
* Company marketing material - from business cards to exhibition graphics
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
* 2+ years' experience in a product related design role
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
* Keen Interest in the beauty industry
* Excellent attention to detail with an ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong portfolio with a focus on creative process
* Team player, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do
